What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.

No. Money Me is a manual tracking app — you enter your balances and transactions yourself. This means your actual bank credentials are never shared with us and you stay in full control of what data enters the app.

Yes. You can create savings goals with a target amount, a target date, and a monthly contribution plan. You can also mark saved money as "committed" (locked away) or "accessible" (still available if needed), and the available balance calculation will reflect this correctly.

Your data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use secure authentication, server-side input validation, and parameterised database queries. We never store your bank login credentials — Money Me is a manual entry app.

How does Money Me handle my payment details?

Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see your full card number or CVV. We only receive from Stripe the information needed to manage your subscription (status, plan, and the last four digits of your card for display).

You can sign in with your Google account (one click, no password needed) or with an email address and password. Both options are equally secure.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel from the Settings page at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual — and you will not be charged again after that.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains available until the end of your billing period. After that your account reverts to demo mode. If you delete your account entirely, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

Can I change from monthly to yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch between billing periods from the Settings > Subscription page. Switching to yearly immediately gives you the discounted annual rate.
