Question 1

What happens right after I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Signing up asks for nothing beyond your email and a password. If you sign up with an email address we send you a verification link — click the link, then sign in. Sign up with Google and you go straight through. Your Budget starts empty, and you add things whenever you are ready: income on the Income page, bills on the Budget page.

Question 2

How do I sign in?

Accepted Answer

With your Google account (one click, no password) or with an email address and password. If you registered with email you need to have clicked the verification link first, otherwise sign-in is refused until you do.

Question 3

I didn't get my verification email

Accepted Answer

Check your inbox and spam folder first, and make sure the address you typed is right. On the Check your email screen you can press Resend email for a new link (you can do that once every 30 seconds), or choose Use a different email if there was a typo. If the link has expired, sign in with your email and password and we will offer to send a new one. Too many resends in a short time are paused for a few minutes, so wait a little and try again.

Question 4

What can I track with Money Me?

Accepted Answer

Bank account balances, recurring and one-off bills, income sources, savings goals, a wishlist of things you would like to buy, debts (money you owe) and credits (money you are owed). The dashboard, and the surplus indicator in the sidebar, pull all of it together so you can see what is genuinely left to spend.

Question 5

How do I add a bill that repeats every week or every year?

Accepted Answer

Click Add a bill, open Schedule & details and choose "Weekly, Yearly or Custom Interval" from the schedule list. Tap Weekly, Every 2 weeks, Monthly or Yearly, or type your own gap such as every 10 days, then pick the date the first payment is due. A new bill starts as a one-off, so change the schedule if it repeats. On the Budget page, a bill due today shows as "Due today".

Question 6

How is my Budget list ordered?

Accepted Answer

Overdue bills come first, then bills due this period, then bills due later, and inside each group the soonest is at the top. Each bill appears once, showing the one payment that needs you next, with a label such as "3 days overdue", "Due today", "Due tomorrow" or "Due 3 Nov". Bills with no more payments are under Ended, a collapsed group you open by tapping its heading (it opens by itself when a search or filter matches one of its bills), and a paused bill sits at the end of its group and is not counted in your totals. Paid one-off bills are under Archive. Unpaid payments of recurring bills from before the current period are not on this page. Look on Monthly: recent ones are in Pending marked "Carried over" (they count against your surplus), and older ones are under "Older overdue" (they do not). Unpaid one-off bills always stay here, under Overdue.

Question 7

I marked a bill as paid by mistake. Can I undo it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Right after you tap the tick on the Budget page, a "marked paid" message appears with an Undo button for about eight seconds. If it has gone, open the bill and mark that payment as not paid. A bill you have paid this period shows a green "Paid" label with its next due date underneath, and its tick reads "Pay early". On a phone, tapping a bill's round icon starts selecting it rather than opening it; while bills are selected the tick and menu are hidden so nothing is paid by accident.

Question 8

Does Money Me connect to my bank automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Money Me is a manual tracking app — you enter your balances and payments yourself. Your bank login is never shared with us, and nothing enters the app unless you put it there. Each account card has an Update Balance button for when the real figure moves.

Question 9

Where do I find the guides and the Getting Started tutorial again?

Accepted Answer

Settings > Help & Documentation. You can reopen the Getting Started walkthrough there at any time (while your checklist is unfinished it is also in the sidebar, and in the menu on a phone), and expand a guide for any page — Budget, Savings Goals, Analytics and the rest — to read what it does without leaving the page. If none of it answers your question, there is a Contact link on the same page.

Question 10

I get paid on the 25th, not the 1st. Can my month start then?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is worth doing. Settings > Profile lets you set a custom month start day. Every period in the app then runs from that day to the day before it next comes round, so your Monthly view, your budget breakdown and your surplus all line up with your pay cycle instead of the calendar.

Question 11

What is the surplus figure, and what goes into it?

Accepted Answer

It is what the period has left. It takes your bank balances, adds income you are still due, takes off bills you have not paid yet and whatever you are putting into savings, then adjusts for any debts you chose to include — money owed to you raises it, money you owe lowers it. You will find it at the bottom of the sidebar on desktop, or in the top bar on mobile, and on desktop you can hover it for a line-by-line breakdown. That indicator always shows the period you are in now. The Monthly page is where you can look ahead, and a future period reads differently: there is no bank balance or debt figure yet, so it shows expected income minus bills and savings — what that period is planned to produce rather than money you hold today.

Question 12

Can an account balance be negative?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the account is overdrawn. Type the balance with a minus sign, for example -250.00, and it lowers your total balance, and your surplus and available balance too (an investment account only if you have chosen to count it in your surplus). A credit card that you have set to "Count as Debt" works the other way round: enter what you owe as a positive amount, because the app already subtracts it. A negative balance on a debt account would be added instead, so it is refused with a message that says so.

Question 13

Why did my surplus go down when I marked income as received?

Accepted Answer

Your surplus counts income you are still expecting. Marking a payment that was due in the current period as received takes it out of that expected income (an older payment was never counted, so marking it changes nothing), and Money Me does not move your bank balance for you, because it never connects to your bank. So until you update the balance of the account the money landed in (Accounts page, Update Balance), the surplus shows less than you really have. Update the balance and it catches up.

Question 14

Why isn't my investment account in my surplus?

Accepted Answer

Investments are usually money you do not plan to spend soon, so an investment account is left out of your surplus and available balance unless you say otherwise. To count it, open the account on the Accounts page, choose the Investment type and tick "Count this account in my surplus". The option only appears for investment accounts; every other type, such as current, savings and credit card accounts, always counts. Your total balance and net worth still include the investment account either way, and the Accounts page and dashboard show a line saying how much of the total is not counted in your surplus.

Question 15

Can I remove a bill I already know will not happen?

Accepted Answer

Yes — skip that payment. In the Expenses list on the Monthly page, each pending payment has a Skip button beside it, and it works on months you have navigated forward into as well as the one you are in. Skipping takes that payment out of the period's planned spend, so the surplus for that month rises by the amount and shows what you will really be left with. It is per payment, not per expense: skipping next month's gym fee leaves the gym expense itself untouched and every other month unaffected. Skipped payments collect in a Skipped section below the list, and Restore puts one back if you were wrong.

Question 16

Can I skip or pay off a bill by swiping on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On a phone, drag a pending payment sideways: left skips it, right marks it paid. Nothing happens until you have dragged far enough — at that point the coloured pane behind the row turns solid and names the action, so you can always see what releasing will do. Slide back before letting go and the row springs into place having changed nothing. Skipping this way opens the Skipped list immediately, so Restore is one tap away if you did not mean it. In a month you have not reached yet only the skip direction works, because a bill that has not come round yet cannot have been paid. The Skip and Complete buttons are unchanged and still work everywhere, including on desktop and with a screen reader.

Question 17

What is the difference between skipping a payment and deleting it?

Accepted Answer

Skipping says the payment is not happening this time. It stays on the record, is excluded from your budget and surplus, and you can restore it whenever you like — so it is the right choice for a cancelled subscription month, a bill that got waived, or anything you might change your mind about. On a repeating bill's own page you can skip a payment straight from its row in the Payments list, with an Undo message, and Undo skip on the skipped payment (under Paid history) puts it back. Deleting a payment, from the bill's own page, removes it permanently and cannot be undone; if it was already paid, it also leaves your history and the amount you paid is not kept (mark it unpaid or skipped instead to keep the record). If you are unsure which you want, skip it.

Question 18

How do I search for a bill, a payment or an account?

Accepted Answer

Use the magnifier: at the top of the screen on a phone or tablet, or at the top of the sidebar on a computer (it stays there when the sidebar is collapsed), or press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) from anywhere. It searches your accounts, bills, income, savings goals, debts, credits and wishlist items by name (bills by category too, and wishlist items by category and notes), and by amount: type 45 or £45.00 to find what costs, earns or holds that amount (a whole number such as 45 also finds anything with those whole pounds, like 45.99). If nothing matches, a small typo in a name (like netflx for Netflix) is forgiven, and the list says it is showing close matches; this only applies when what you type is at least four characters and not an amount. It also finds settings and pages, so currency, export, billing or dark mode will take you to the right page. Paid-off debts and deleted items are not included. Choosing a bill, a savings goal, a debt or a credit opens that record; accounts, income and wishlist items open their page.

Question 19

Will my filters and tabs still be there if I go back or reload?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Expenses and Income, the search text, category and frequency you chose (and the Archive view on Expenses) are kept in the page address, so Back from a record or a reload opens the same view. Debts and Credits keep their search, sort order and history section (Paid History on Debts, Received History on Credits) the same way, and Savings keeps whether the Completed and Archived sections are open. The I Want list does the same for its name filter and category choice, when those are showing (the name filter appears once you have more than 10 items, the category choice once you have two or more categories). On a savings goal the tab you are on (Overview, Plan or History) is kept the same way, and on a debt or credit so is Overview, Items or Payments; moving to another record starts on its Overview tab. A filter that no longer matches anything, such as a category you have since removed, is dropped. The address only works when you are signed in to your own account, and it shows your own data.

Question 20

A page says my account is not active. What does that mean?

Accepted Answer

Your account has been deactivated, so Money Me will not show your data until it is switched back on. Trying again will not help. Use the Contact Support link at the bottom of this page, or go to /contact, and we will look into it.

Question 21

Why do the Dashboard and the Monthly page show different income?

Accepted Answer

Because they answer different questions, and both are right. The Monthly page counts your actual pay dates, so a period containing five weekly paydays really does total more than one containing four. The Dashboard's "Monthly Income" card instead smooths your stated frequency into a monthly average, counting weekly pay as 4.33 payments a month. If the two disagree, this is why.

Question 22

I paid last month's bill this month. Why is it still showing in last month?

Accepted Answer

Because a bill counts in the period it was due, not the period you paid it. Pay a July bill in August and it stays in July, moving from "To pay" to "Paid" there, and August is left alone. That keeps each month an honest record of what that month cost you. If the bill genuinely happens on a different date, edit that payment's date rather than just paying it late — changing the date is what moves it between periods. A one-off bill has no separate payment date: edit the bill itself and change its date.

Question 23

Is there a calendar view of my month?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Monthly page, choose Calendar next to List under the heading. It lays your period out by date, so you can see which days your bills, income and savings contributions fall on, and tap any day for everything due on it. The strip above the grid shows your surplus (the same figure as the List), the bills you still have to pay (including anything carried over, with any planned savings alongside), income still to come, how many bills are overdue and how much they come to, and your next bill. A skipped payment is shown crossed out and counts for nothing. If your month starts part-way through the calendar month, the grid follows your own period, not the calendar month. Debts you count toward the month that have a due date show as a marker only, because they have no payment amount on that date. Tap a day to act on what is due: Complete or Skip a bill, mark income received, save or skip a savings contribution, or put any of them back, with exactly the same rules as the List (for example, in a future month a bill can be skipped but not marked paid yet, and income and savings cannot be marked received or saved yet, and the button says so). Finishing a carried or older overdue bill (or a carried saving) from the strip takes it off the calendar; to skip it or put it back, use the List. Editing an amount or date is still done in the List.

Question 24

What should I do about an overdue bill?

Accepted Answer

A bill or savings contribution you have not finished by the end of a period carries into the next one. It shows in Pending marked "Carried over", with the date it was due or planned, and it counts against your surplus until you deal with it — so money you still owe is never quietly dropped. Unpaid bills from before carry-over started on 28 September 2026 are listed under "Older overdue" instead: there to tick off or skip, but not in your surplus (older savings contributions do not carry). Either way, if you paid it, mark it paid and it is recorded in the month it was due. If it is never going to be paid, skip it — that keeps the record, and you can restore it from the Skipped section, this month's or the month it was due. Move its date instead if it is simply happening later. The Needs Attention card on the dashboard counts each overdue payment separately and adds them up by kind; some of the oldest may be listed under "Older overdue" on the Monthly page instead.

Question 25

Can I start next month early?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the last 10 days before your next month begins, the Monthly page shows "Next month starts …" with a "Start next month now" button. It opens a summary first: what moves into next month (everything due from today to the day before your usual start), what carries over, and two surplus figures: this month's as it stands now (the one in your top bar) and next month's if you start today. They are before and after, not two amounts to add up. Confirm and next month starts today, so this month ends yesterday. Your balance does not change and no due date moves; only which month those few days count in. It applies to that one month, and your usual start day carries on afterwards. Changed your mind? Undo it from the green "Started today" row, or from the "Started early" label next to the month, until the day before your usual start.

Question 26

What does "Uncategorised" mean on my budget?

Accepted Answer

It collects any expense that has no category set, or one the app no longer recognises — in practice older entries, since a category is required when you add something now. It is listed first on the Monthly Budget card so you can fix it. It counts in your totals exactly like every other row, so your figures still add up. Open the row, tap through to the expense and choose a category, and it moves to where it belongs.

Question 27

How do I stop a bill without losing its history?

Accepted Answer

Open Edit on the bill and set an End date (it appears for repeating bills, under Schedule & details when you add one). The bill stops after that day and its past payments stay. The end date has to be after the start date; the form tells you if it is not. Deleting the bill instead removes it and all its payments, including any you marked paid, and cannot be undone.

Question 28

What does a bill's own page show?

Accepted Answer

Tap a bill on the Budget page to open it. The card at the top uses the same words as the bill's row: a label such as "Due in 5 days", "3 days overdue", "Paid 3 Oct", "Paused" or "Ended", the amount, the date the payment is due, and how the bill repeats. If a payment this month is for a different amount than usual, it shows that amount and what it usually is. A recurring bill you have already paid this period shows when you paid it and its next payment. If the app cannot load your month settings, it shows the amount and how the bill repeats but leaves out the due label rather than guess. Mark as Paid on that page pays exactly the payment the list would, shows an Undo for a few seconds, and does nothing if the bill changed since you opened it (it tells you instead). With two or more overdue payments it pays the oldest. A bill you have already paid this period offers Pay early. Details underneath shows when the bill starts and ends, any note, and when it was created. A repeating bill also has a Payments list below that, grouped as Overdue (the same payments the Budget list calls overdue), Missed in earlier months (unpaid payments from before this month, which are not called overdue), Coming up, and Paid history, which is folded away until you tap it. Each payment can be edited or deleted on its own, and a note you added to a payment can be removed by emptying the note box.

Question 29

What does the summary at the top of the Budget page show?

Accepted Answer

How much is left to pay this month, and how much of the month's bills you have already paid (with a bar once there is more than one payment). For the current month it is the same figure the Monthly page shows as "to go". If some of this month's payments are overdue, a red line says how much and how many; older overdue bills are in the Overdue group of the list, not in that line. If an unpaid bill from an earlier month is still counting against you, a note says so and links to Monthly. Paused bills and skipped payments are not included, and searching or filtering the list does not change it. The eye button hides every amount on the page, including this card.

Question 30

How does the monthly budget breakdown work?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly budget is simply the bills and payments you have planned for the month — there is nothing to set up. The Monthly Budget card totals that plan, shows how much of it you have already paid and how much is still to come, then breaks it down by category. A bill counts in the month it was due, not the month you pay it, and everything follows your custom month start if you use one. It is free for everyone, and so is marking a bill paid.

Question 31

Is what I spent on a category this month normal for me?

Accepted Answer

Tap the category on the Monthly Budget card and the panel tells you, on one line, what this category comes to for the month you are looking at next to your average over up to three earlier months. Those months use your own month start, so the comparison normally matches what you would see by navigating to them. A month in which you had no budget at all is left out, as is any month before you joined, but a month where you budgeted other things and nothing in this category counts as zero, because for that category that is the true answer. With no history to compare against, the line simply does not appear. It compares plans, so a month you are still adding to will read low against finished ones.

Question 32

Can I set savings goals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A goal can have a target amount, a target date, and a plan of dated deposits. You can also tick "Locked savings" on a goal: that means the money is sitting in your main account but should be treated as spoken for, so what you have already saved comes off your monthly surplus. Leave it unticked — an emergency fund, say — and only your planned deposits for the period are taken off.

Question 33

Can I skip a savings deposit I am not going to make?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Monthly page each planned savings contribution has a Skip button beside Mark as Saved, and so does each planned deposit on a goal's Plan tab. Skipping says you are not putting that money aside this time: it stops counting against the period, so the surplus rises by the amount, and no money moves in or out of the goal. It works on months ahead as well as this one. Skipped contributions collect in a Skipped section, and Restore puts one back. A Quick Save is different — it has already happened, so instead of Mark as Pending it offers Undo, which removes it from the goal and takes the amount back off what you have saved.

Question 34

Why did my saved amount go down when I marked a goal cost as paid?

Accepted Answer

When you mark a cost item on a savings goal as paid, Money Me reduces the saved amount by whatever you paid, so "amount saved" keeps reflecting what is actually left in the pot. A five-second Undo appears if you clicked the wrong thing, and you can edit the saved amount directly via the pencil (Edit Goal) at any time.

Question 35

What is the difference between a target amount and itemised costs on a savings goal?

Accepted Answer

A savings goal works one of two ways. A simple goal has a single target amount you type in. An itemised goal instead has a list of cost items — the parts of a trip, say — and its total is added up from those items automatically, so you do not set a separate target. Once a goal has any cost items its total always equals the sum of them, which is why "Need to save" on the Overview and "Still needed" on the Plan tab stay in agreement. To change an itemised goal's total, edit the items on the Plan tab rather than looking for a target field.

Question 36

What is the "I Want" page?

Accepted Answer

A wishlist for things you would like to buy but have not committed to. Add a name, and if you like a price, a link and notes. The list is one numbered list, and number 1 is what you want most. To reorder it, drag the grip handle on a row, or open the ⋯ menu on an item and choose Move to top, Move up, Move down or Move to bottom. From the keyboard, press Enter on the ⋯ button, the arrow keys, then Enter; or focus the grip handle, then use Space to pick up, the arrow keys to move, Space to drop. Edit, Move to savings, Mark as bought and Delete are in that menu too (on wide screens Move to savings and Mark as bought also show as buttons). You can dismiss the reorder tip. Reordering works only in My order with no filters; sorting by total price or by newest only changes how the list is shown, and your order is kept. The Total cost tile adds up the price times how many for everything that has a price, so you can see what the whole list would cost. It does not touch your balance or your monthly surplus. When you decide to go ahead, Move to savings creates a savings goal from the item, with its total as the target and nothing saved yet. To reverse that, delete the goal on the Savings page, then press Put back on my list on the item under Moved to savings. If you have already bought something, Mark as bought in the ⋯ menu moves it to Bought, out of the numbered list and the Total cost; Put back on my list returns it to the end of the list. Marking an item as bought never changes your balance, surplus or savings.

Question 37

What platforms is Money Me available on?

Accepted Answer

Money Me is a web app that works in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and mobile, and it is fully responsive on small screens. There is also an Android app on Google Play, which adds home-screen widgets and push notifications. There is no iOS app yet — on an iPhone, open money-me.com in Safari and add it to your home screen.

Question 38

What are the home-screen widgets and how do I get them?

Accepted Answer

The widgets put your key figures on your Android home screen without opening the app. Install the Android app from Google Play, add the widget to your home screen, then tap Connect on the widget itself to pair it with your account. A connected widget can show your live figures and mark bills as paid. You can disconnect it any time: open Ask AI, expand 'Using Claude Desktop instead?' and remove the 'Android widget' access code. Widgets work on the free tier.

Question 39

Will Money Me remind me about bills?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and on the free tier too. Money Me pushes a reminder for bills due tomorrow, and anything already overdue shows up in the daily summary. Choose exactly what you receive, by push and by email, in Settings > Notifications — including turning any of it off. On an iPhone or iPad, push notifications work once Money Me is added to your Home Screen (Share, then Add to Home Screen, iOS 16.4 or later). Once they are on, the same page has a Send a test notification button to check they reach you.

Question 40

Where do notifications go after I get them?

Accepted Answer

Tap the bell at the top of any page. It is one list of what still needs doing: an overdue bill, money you owe or are owed, and a savings contribution you planned and have not made yet — most overdue first, then recent reminders. Daily summaries, evening recaps and the reminder that a bill is due tomorrow are not listed here — they are still sent to your phone, they just do not pile up in the bell. Anything that arrived since you last looked is marked as unread. Tapping one takes you where it was pointing. The badge counts both, and opening the bell marks the notifications read.

Question 41

How many push notifications will I get in a day?

Accepted Answer

At most one in the morning and one in the evening, plus a reminder when a bill or a savings contribution is actually due. The morning summary arrives around 8am with your surplus and what is due today; the evening recap arrives around 8pm with how the day ended. They are separate switches under Settings, Notifications, so you can keep one and turn the other off.

Question 42

Why does the Android app icon show a dot when there is nothing new?

Accepted Answer

That dot is Android telling you a Money Me notification is still sitting in your notification shade, unread. It clears when you open the app, or when you swipe the notification away. Whatever it was about stays in the bell, so nothing is lost by clearing it.

Question 43

How do I use the AI assistant?

Accepted Answer

You can connect Money Me to an AI client that supports MCP. Go to the AI page and follow the steps for your tool: Claude.ai and ChatGPT connect by signing in and clicking Allow, with no access code (ChatGPT needs a Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu plan). Only the Claude Desktop app uses an access code, which you create on the same page. Once connected, the AI can read and change your finances by asking, so read the note at the top of the AI page about what it can do.

Question 44

Is there a limit on bills, accounts or goals?

Accepted Answer

No. Money Me is free for everyone and every feature is included, so you can add as many bank accounts, bills, income sources, savings goals and debts as you need.

Question 45

Is Money Me really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Money Me is free to use and every feature is included: no limits, no plans and no card needed. That covers CSV export, the AI assistant, Quick Save into a savings goal, reminders and the home-screen widgets.

Question 46

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Payments run through Stripe Checkout. You can pay by debit or credit card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — and Apple Pay or Google Pay appear automatically at checkout if your device supports them. If you have a promotion code there is a box to enter it. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Money Me.

Question 47

Can I use dark mode, or make the app follow my phone or computer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Settings > Appearance lets you choose Light, Dark or Match my device, which follows your phone or computer and changes with it, for example when it switches to dark in the evening. The choice is saved to your account, so it applies on every device you sign in on. The moon button in the sidebar, and the Dark mode switch in the phone menu, are quick ways to flip between light and dark, and they set Light or Dark rather than Match my device.

Question 48

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

You can export your expenses, income, savings goals and wishlist as CSV from Settings > Export Data, for a local backup or to open in a spreadsheet.

Question 49

My payment failed. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Subscription and tap Update payment method. That opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can change your card and pay what is outstanding. Until the payment goes through your paid features are paused, and you will see a reminder at the top of the app. Once it succeeds your access comes back; this can take a few minutes to show.

Question 50

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Go to Settings > Subscription and tap Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Your access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for. The Subscription page then shows that it is cancelling and the date it ends; until then it shows the date it renews. After you change something in the billing portal it can take a few moments to show.

Question 51

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Nothing you have entered is deleted. Money Me is free for everyone, so you keep full access either way. If you still have a paid subscription from before it became free, you can cancel it any time from Settings > Subscription. If you delete your account entirely, your account and the data stored against it are deleted when you confirm, apart from a few records handled separately, which the Privacy Policy lists. Deleting your account also cancels any paid subscription immediately.

Question 52

How is my financial data kept secure?

Accepted Answer

Your data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB, encrypted at rest and in transit. We use secure authentication, server-side input validation and parameterised database queries. We never store your bank login credentials — Money Me is a manual entry app, so they are never given to us in the first place.

Question 53

If I reset my password, what happens to the devices I am already signed in on?

Accepted Answer

They are signed out. Once you reset your password, any device that signed in before the reset loses access within a few minutes and has to sign in again with the new password. If you ever think someone else has your password, resetting it is the way to lock them out.

Question 54

Why does sign-in say "Too many sign-in attempts"?

Accepted Answer

To stop anyone guessing passwords, sign-in pauses after several wrong passwords for the same email in a short time. Wait about 15 minutes and try again, or choose Forgot your password to set a new one, which lifts the pause on that email. If the password is right you are signed in as normal, and a correct sign-in does not count against you.

Question 55

Do you sell my data to third parties?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone. Your financial data is used only to power the Money Me service for you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Question 56

How does Money Me handle my payment details?

Accepted Answer

Card details are collected and held by Stripe, never by us. We only receive from Stripe what is needed to manage your subscription: whether it is active and which plan you are on. We never see or store any part of your card number. To check or change your card, open the Stripe billing portal from Settings > Subscription.
